I also teach research, design thinking and human centred design skills and the rationale behind them, empowering your teams to build with empathy and evidence systems that will work right, the first time.

Expertise in mapping current systems, translating insights into actionable strategies, designing future-state journeys, services, and solutions. Uncovering latent opportunities for product development and strategic pivot points.
Operational efficiency and collaboration
Specializing in creating innovation roadmaps that drive short, medium, and long-term impact. Informing product design and communication strategies that streamline customer and business needs into smooth customer journies that are easy to impliment business wide.
Employee satisfaction
Partnering with businesses to build stronger customer relationships, increase engagement, and enhance brand loyalty. Developing policies and behavior change frameworks to support internal change and transformation, from hiring to management and internal push/pull factors.
Customer research to business strategy
Expert in mixed method research: usability testing, contextual inquiries, shadowing, dairy studies, surveys, focus groups, BERTS, interviews, and ethnographic research. Developing artefacts such as: mental model frameworks, personas, empathy maps and behavioural change roadmaps - to inform business development roadmaps.​
